- All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product
- No unauthorised returns without written agreement from Aussie Supplements
- No returns on opened or used merchandise
- If exchanging, return shipping both ways will be payable by the customer
- Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment. Each product will be assessed before credit is given.
- All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee
